Fridge Service

Disassemble burner chamber and clean burner with a wire brush and get rid of any debris in vent area, use compressed air to blow out debris and soot from vent area then reassemble fridge burner chamber.
Water Heater Service

Flushing the tank, anode rod, Thermostat and values, leaks, clean burner assembly, and flue & venting assembly.
Furnace Service

Remove furnace from housing and disassemble burner chamber and clean burner with a wire brush then use compressed air to blow out exhaust and squirrel cage, check wiring to make sure free of debris and bug nests then reassemble furnace and reinstall then test for propane leaks.
AC Service

Remove AC cover and spray condenser fins with cleaning spray, remove debris if needed, checking wiring connections, run AC fan for 15 minutes to work cleaner through fins
